As a long time Central Coast resident Jeanne Kohlbush has extensive knowledge of the Five Cities and San Luis Obispo housing markets. When Jeanne was 12 she moved with her family to Arroyo Grande. In subsequent years Jeanne attended Judkins Middle School, Arroyo Grande High School, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Jeanne recalls, ” I grew up on the Central Coast although I’ve lived other places, I will always consider the Central Coast my home.” I love the small town atmosphere of Arroyo Grande and being able to walk on Pismo Beach in shorts on Christmas Day. Years of sales and service experience have given Jeanne a real client-centered approach to real estate. After graduating from Cal Poly Jeanne worked at Nordstrom. Following many successful years in retail sales, Jeanne returned to college to study dental hygiene. Jeanne worked as a registered dental hygienist for fifteen years, the last five of which she served in the Arroyo Grande office of Dr. Steven L. Flood. As a dental hygienist I learned many things about working with people. It is essential to develop friendly, caring, relationships with patients. People have to be able to trust you. I bring this same service orientated outlook to the real estate profession. It is my goal to always work in the best interest of my clients. I strive to make the buying or selling of real estate a positive experience.
